My Childcare Philosophy
I believe that each child is an individual and I must value and develop each child’s strengths, interests, skills, abilities. My philosophy stems from a deep respect for children. This involves respecting the uniqueness of every child, their freedom to choose, to move, and to work at their own pace.
High quality early childhood programs teach children to think creatively so they can succeed in a complex and ever-changing world.
My program supports an aspect of child development, creating a match between the child’s natural interests and the available activities. Children can learn through their own experience and at their own pace.
The program is based on Montessori education philosophy and practice that fosters rigorous, self-motivated growth for children and adolescents in all areas of their development, with a goal of nurturing each child’s natural desire for knowledge, understanding, and respect.

Dedicated early childhood educator with ten years of experience working with children to develop their social, motor, and adaptive skills. Committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children, using patience and knowledge of early childhood techniques to support their unique needs.
As an Early childhood Educator, I’m responsible for educating, social-emotional growth and development of all children in care, which may include toddlers to preschool age children, and building partnerships with parents.
I have unique capabilities to lead children in activities to stimulate and develop their intellectual, physical, and emotional growth and ensure their security and well-being.
Children In My Care Receive
Depending upon the age of your child, his learning style and personality, your child will have different needs. We are providing five learning areas based on what will suit child’s age to promote the child physical, intellectual, and social-emotional development.
Five Learning Areas
- Language and Literacy: Children develop their expressive and receptive language skills, through their daily interactions with adults and other children
- Social Studies: Children learn about their world and the people in it, through stories, conversations, and activities
- The Arts: Children explore their creativity and express themselves through music, dance, and visual arts
- Mathematics: Children learn about numbers, shapes, and patterns through games, puzzles, and other activities
- Scientific Thinking: Children ask questions about the world around them and learn how to find answers using scientific methods
