Alberta has a flat rate fee for all licensed child care and day home programs for children up to kindergarten age. ERCCA does not charge any additional fees*

• Full time care (100+ Hours per month) ……………… $326.25 per month
• Part time care (50-100 hours per month) ……………. $230 per month
• Out of School Care Program (September – June) ………… $611 per month
• Out of School Care Program (July – August) ……………… $683 per month
• Out of School Care Day Home ………………………. Fees vary by day home

*$30 per month bus fee applies to families attending Lendrum school requiring bus transportation

A family day home is approved child care in a home setting. Family day home educators are recruited and trained by licensed family day home agencies. Educators can offer child care for up to 6 children not including their own.

Agencies provide assurance to parents using family day homes by monitoring each program to ensure they are meeting health, safety and program quality standards for children in their care.

Yes, Out of School care for children grades 1 – 6 are eligible for income-based subsidy. More information can be found on the Government of Alberta Subsidy Website.

We only offer transportation to and from Lendrum School to our program at Malmo School. We do not transport to any other schools.

Outdoor play is highly valued for all ages of participants in our programs. We know that Edmonton weather changes dramatically, and concessions are made to ensure proper safety in both extreme cold and heat. We ask that families make sure that children are prepared for whatever weather conditions the current season brings.

Our Inclement weather policy states we will take children outside to play in the winter until the temperature is -20C. In the summer, we are mindful of the air quality index, staying inside should the air quality be at a 7 or higher, according to the Government of Canada Air Quality Index.
